- 2 slices butter cheese
- 6 strips bacon
- salt and pepper

- Halve the bread slices. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Place 3 strips of bacon on each half of the bread. Place a slice of butter cheese on top and close the bread.
- Beat the egg in a deep plate. Season with salt and pepper. Pull the bread through the egg until it is covered all around. Bake the bread in a pan on both sides until it is golden brown.
