- 200 ml coconut milk
- 40 g powdered suar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 4 slices sandwich toast
- 140 g desiccated coconut
- some clarified butter

- Whisk eggs, coconut milk, powdered sugar and salt together well. Halve the bread slices diagonally. Place one after the other in the egg mixture, turn several times and let soak a little. Then turn in the desiccated coconut. Heat a little clarified butter and fry the bread slices until golden on both sides. We like to eat applesauce or a fruit compote with it.
