  • 8 slices jerky, thinly sliced
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 300 g sweet cream
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the loin into slices. Cover each slice with jerky and place - raw - in a small baking dish.
