  • Mustard medium hot
  • 8 slices bacon
  • pepper
  • 250 ml cream
  • 80 g cream cheese, e.., Bresso with herbs
  • 3 tablespoon gravy, instant

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork loin into 8 medallions, approx. 2-3 cm thick, pepper, brush with mustard and wrap with bacon. Put in a greased casserole dish, pepper and bake in a preheated oven at 220 ° C for 10 minutes. For the sauce, mix the cream with the cream cheese and the gravy, pour over the meat and bake for another 10-15 minutes at 200 ° C.
