  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 400 ml cream
  • 500 g spaetzle
  • 1 small Can (s) mushrooms, whole heads
  • salt and pepper
  • margarine
  • soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Wine, white

Instructions

  1. Dice the pork schnitzel and onions, press the garlic. Sear everything together in the pan with a little margarine. Add mushrooms, season with salt and pepper. Now add the cream and let it boil briefly. Refine with a dash of white wine and a little soy sauce.
  2. Serve with spaetzle, peas or carrots.
