With just a few ingredients, you end up with a very appetizing, savory, and satisfying pork second course that can be served with various side dishes. Fry the meat with onions in a pan, fill with sour cream-mustard sauce, and simmer. Pork according to this recipe is prepared quite simply, but it turns out tender and soft.

Ingredients
Pork – 600 g
Onions – 160 g
Vegetable oil – 20 ml (1.5 tablespoons)
For the sauce:
Sour cream – 250 g
Hot mustard – 40-50 g
Water – 200 ml
Salt – 1/3 teaspoon or to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
For the filling (optional):
Fresh parsley – to taste
Directions
Wash the pork, dry it with paper towels and cut it into small pieces.
Peel the onion, wash and cut into half rings.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry pork and onions, stirring constantly, over medium heat for 5-6 minutes, until golden brown.
Combine sour cream with mustard in a separate container, add pepper and salt.
Then pour 200 ml of warm water into the sauce.
Mix everything until smooth.
Pour the meat in a frying pan with the resulting sour cream-mustard sauce.
Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the pork over low heat for 40-60 minutes, until soft.
Pork stewed in sour cream sauce with mustard is ready. We wash the parsley, tear it with our hands, or chop and sprinkle the meat when serving.
