  • 150 g sour cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 3 tablespoon processed cheese
  • 50 g cheese (Gouda), rated

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork fillet into 2.5 cm wide slices (makes 2 pieces per person). Wrap each piece of fillet with the bacon, spread it in a baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese. Cook in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the milk with the sour cream in a saucepan. Add the processed cheese. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
