Ingredients

  • 2 cup / s raspberries, fresh, frozen or from the glass
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 3 cup water
  • 1 ½ cup oat flakes, hearty
  • cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. If necessary, defrost the frozen raspberries. If necessary, drain the raspberries from the glass. Wash fresh raspberries. Put the raspberries in a bowl, add the honey and mash with a potato masher. (You can also use the hand blender, but then you have more puree than puree.). Stir briefly to distribute the honey throughout. Season with cinnamon if necessary. Put the water and oatmeal in a saucepan. Bring to the boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the porridge starts to bubble. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Stir again in between. Divide the oatmeal into 2 bowls and place half of the raspberry puree on each.
