Ingredients

  • 250 ml milk (1.5%)
  • 30 g semolina
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 150 g raspberries, frozen
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Sweetener, ad libitum

Instructions

  1. Mix milk with semolina and sugar and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add baking powder and beat with a hand mixer for 3 minutes. (This is the most important thing !!) Boil the raspberries with sugar and sweetener and mash or puree. Pour the sauce over the semolina pudding.
  2. Instead of the raspberry sauce, you can also serve strawberry sauce, cinnamon and sugar, fruit salad or Nutella.
  3. Used as a dessert, it is also enough for 2 people.
  4. For participants in the WW program: 1 portion -> 3.5 P. (Sugar is counted as part of the daily allowance and is therefore not calculated)
