Ingredients

  • 500 ml milk
  • 4 tablespoon polenta (corn grits)
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk with sugar and a little cinnamon to the boil. Let the polenta trickle slowly into the boiling milk, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove the saucepan from the hot plate and let the polenta soak. Serve hot with cinnamon and sugar.
