  • 1 liter milk
  • 125 g semolina (durum wheat semolina)
  • 60 g suar
  • 2 egg (s), separated
  • 50 g nuts, round or chopped
  • 30 g raisins
  • vanilla sugar
  • possibly lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk to the boil, stir in the semolina. Add sugar, nuts and raisins and bring to the boil.
  2. Mix the egg yolk with the remaining ingredients and fold in, beat the egg white until stiff and fold in. Goes fast, tastes warm and cold.
