Portuguese Shrimp

Ingredients

  • Frozen shrimps – 200 g
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Green onion – 1 pc.
  • Dry white wine – 3 tablespoon.
  • Parsley – 1 sprig
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Butter – 1 tablespoon.
  • Chili pepper – a small piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare products for shrimp in Portuguese. Wash greens, blot from moisture. If the shrimps are frozen, let them stand for a while and move away from the frost.
  2. Cut large shrimps along the back and pull out the intestines (thin dark thread). Small ones can be left intact.
  3. For convenience, trim the antennae and legs. To process all the shrimp.
  4. Chop chili, parsley, and green onions.
  5. Chop the garlic finely.
  6. Pour olive oil into a preheated pan and put a piece of butter.
  7. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Add green onions, garlic, and chili.
  9. Juice the lime.
  10. Pour in dry white wine.
  11. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. The alcohol will evaporate and there will be less liquid.
  12. When the Portuguese shrimp is done, sprinkle with parsley.
