Ingredients

  • 1 bottle wine, rosé
  • 2 cl orange liqueur, Portuguese
  • 2 cl brandy, mild
  • 0.5 liter ½ orange lemonade (Sumol de laranja), or other
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 5 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • 0.5 ½ orange (s)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • 1 lime (s)
  • 0.5 ½ apple
  • 5 strawberries
  • 6 apple juice ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits and cut into small pieces. Pour into a sangria jug and pour rosé wine over it. Add the orange liqueur, brandy, cinnamon stick and brown sugar. Stir vigorously and refrigerate for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  2. Before serving, add the orange lemonade and the apple juice ice cubes.

  4. The recipe can also be made with red wine for Sangria Tinto or with Vinho Verde / white wine for Sangria Spumante / Branco. You can also exchange fruits and spirits.
