  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 100 g herbal cream cheese
  • some Milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • paprika powder
  • Herbs, fresh or frozen
  • 150 g cheese

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the potatoes and cook until soft.
  2. Peel the onions and carrots, cut them into cubes and fry them with the minced meat in a pan.
  3. When the minced meat is done, add the spices and cream cheese. Depending on your preference, you can also use more cream cheese. Dilute with milk.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  5. Drain the potatoes. Put some minced meat mixture in a baking dish, then layer the potatoes and finally the minced meat again. Scatter cheese on top and place in the oven for about 15 minutes until the cheese has melted.
