Ingredients

  • 200 g quark, cream cheese or skyr
  • 2 medium egg (s)
  • 40 g protein powder, neutral
  • 50 g oat bran
  • 35 g psyllium husks
  • 25 g potato fiber
  • 4 g bakin powder
  • 3 g salt
  • Bread spice mix
  • 100 g water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Mix all ingredients together quickly and briefly. Let it swell briefly. Shape 5 rolls out of the mixture.
  2. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, cut into it as desired and sprinkle with potato fibers and psyllium husks if desired. Grains and seeds are also delicious on it.
  3. Bake for about 40 minutes.
