  • 5 onion (s), diced
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 1 flour
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk
  • 100 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Prepare jacket potatoes, let cool, peel and cut into slices.
  2. Let the onion cubes in the butter become translucent, dust with flour and sweat a little, deglaze with wine and milk, bring to the boil and then simmer gently for about 5 minutes and season well.
