Potato Pancakes with Mushrooms and Cheese

Potato pancakes stuffed with mushrooms and cheese are unreal yummy! Be careful, you can swallow your tongue!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 500-600 g
  • Champignon mushrooms – 150-200 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Green onions – 1 bunch
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil – for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare the necessary ingredients for potato pancakes with mushrooms and cheese.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into small cubes.
  3. Finely chop the onions and green onions.
  4. Fry the onions and mushrooms in a frying pan with vegetable oil for about 10 minutes. Salt to taste.
  5. Grate raw peeled potatoes on a coarse grater. Add an egg to it. Season with salt and pepper. Add green onions and mix well.
  6. Put the grated potatoes in a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil, literally one tablespoon at a time. Top with fried mushrooms and onions.
  7. Sprinkle with some grated cheese and cover the filling with grated potatoes. Fry pancakes with mushrooms and cheese on both sides for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Potato pancakes with mushrooms and cheese are ready. Very satisfying and delicious. Enjoy your meal!
