Potato Pancakes with Cheese and Garlic

I will offer pancakes for garnish, but not simple ones. Potato pancakes with onions, cheese, and garlic. Very tasty, I recommend.
Ingredients
- Potatoes – 8 pcs.
- Hard cheese – 100 g
- Bulb onions – 1 pc.
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Flour – 3 tbsp
- Vegetable oil for frying – 50 ml (how much it takes)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- Peel the potatoes, wash, grate (coarse or fine).
- Peel the onion and garlic, wash, and grate.
- Grate cheese.
- Peel the garlic, grate on a fine grater.
- Squeeze potatoes put in a bowl. Add eggs, cheese, onion and garlic.
- Season with salt, pepper, mix well. Add flour.
- Then mix everything well again.
- Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put the potato mass in the form of pancakes in hot oil with a tablespoon.
- Fry potato pancakes with onions, garlic, and cheese over medium heat until golden brown, 1-2 minutes on one side.
- Turn over, cover in a minute, and fry the pancakes with cheese until golden on the other side (another 1-2 minutes).
