Potato Tartlets

I propose to prepare potato tartlets, which can be used to decorate cold appetizers for the festive table.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 3 pcs.
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Flour – 1.5 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1/3 teaspoon
  • Ground pepper – a pinch

Directions

  1. Grate potatoes on a fine grater.
  2. To prevent the potatoes from darkening, add a little lemon juice to it. The juice that stands out must be squeezed out and drained.
  3. Add 2 eggs.
  4. Salt. Spice up. Mix everything gently.
  5. Add flour to grated potatoes. Stir.
  6. You will need muffin tins to bake your tartlets. Carefully put the potato mass in the molds so that you get baskets. Bake potato tartlets in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  7. Potato tartlets are ready! These baskets can be filled with all kinds of fillings. Bon Appetit!
