Ingredients

  • 500 g beef
  • 500 g pork
  • 500 g Kasseler
  • 500 g onion (s)
  • 500 g bell pepper (s)
  • 1 can (s) tomato (s), 850 g
  • 1 bottle sauce (gypsy sauce)

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef, pork and smoked pork into cubes. Dice the onion, cut the bell pepper into strips and add. Pour tomatoes with juice and gypsy sauce on top and mix everything together. Braise in the oven at approx. 180 degrees for approx. 2 hours
  2. Note: You can prepare the dish in the morning and then put it in the oven in the evening, 2 hours before the guests arrive
