  • 1 packet vegetable fat

Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a bowl. Add salt and pepper and mix. When everything is well mixed, pour the beer and stir with the whisk to form a tough batter.
  2. Now it`s best to separate the eggs (it is not absolutely necessary, but it will be more fluffy!). Add the egg yolks to the batter and stir. Add the butter and stir again. Beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully fold in the egg whites. Place the prawns in the batter and coat with the batter.
  3. In the meantime, heat the fat in a pan of a deep fryer to 175 ° C. Fry the prawns in portions for approx. 4 - 6 minutes. Remove the prawns and drain them on kitchen paper. Slice the lemons and drizzle on the prawns to taste.
