Ingredients

  • 8 prawns
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon (s), the zest
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 large tomato (s)
  • 1 tomato (s), dried
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 pinch (s) saffron
  • 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the prawns or marinate with the skin in oil, opened garlic, sliced lemon peel and coarsely chopped thyme. Later fry in a pan and cook. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Chop fresh and dried tomatoes, roughly dice the paprika and heat in a saucepan with the saffron, garlic, cayenne and olive oil. Season with salt and then roughly chop with a mixer.
  3. Finally, season again to taste.
