Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s), peeled
  • 125 ml milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes and mash them with the milk to make a puree. Mix the mixture with the egg yolks and spices and season to taste.
  2. Pour rosettes into a piping bag and sprinkle rosettes onto a baking sheet that has been brushed with oil. Bake in the oven over high heat (approx. 225 - 250 ° C) until the tips brown (approx. 10 min.).
