  • 6 egg yolks
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • 100 grams flour
  • 6 tablespoon rum or brandy
  • 150 g butter, melt
  • vanilla sugar
  • powdered sugar
  • Grease for the tin

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg yolks until the volume has doubled. Then stir in the oil, sieve the flour over it and stir. Add rum or brandy. Briefly beat the mixture vigorously and spread it on a well-greased tray.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 5 - 8 minutes at the highest heat (230 - 250 ° C). The dough must not turn brown!
  3. Brush the cooled cake thickly with melted butter and sprinkle with vanilla sugar. When the butter is firm, sift icing sugar over it.
