  • 100 g oatmeal
  • 6 tablespoon powder (protein)
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 tablespoon muesli, your choice
  • 3 tablespoon raisins or cranberries
  • 200 ml milk, low in fat
  • N / A jam, optional

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and then bake for 20-30 minutes. After cooling, cut into strips.
  2. A perfect protein snack for little hunger pangs.
