Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl, stir well and then let stand for about 5 minutes so that the liquid is absorbed well.
  2. Put the porridge on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and put it in the oven at 150 ° C with top / bottom heat for about 20 - 30 minutes. Then cut the dough into the desired (bar) size. Since I prefer it a little darker and drier, I left it in the oven for 35-40 minutes. If you like it lighter, you can take the dough out as soon as it is completely firm.
  3. You can of course vary the ingredients, depending on what you want to have in.
  4. Dried fruits and other types of nuts are of course also possible. The basics of the bars are oat flakes, honey and milk. Important for everything you want to put in, it should be as small as possible, otherwise the bars will fall apart.
  5. You can also make the recipe as a vegan, then you just have to swap the milk and honey for, for example, rice milk and syrup.
