Ingredients

  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 250 g spelled bran, or spelled semolina
  • 50 g flaxseed, whole
  • 50 g almond (s), round
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 small carrot (s)
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped herbs, fresh or frozen
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chilli powder
  • nutmeg
  • Caraway powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the low-fat quark, eggs and baking powder with the hand mixer, then let rest for a moment. In the meantime, wash, peel and grate the carrot. Stir in the spelled bran, linseed, almonds and sunflower seeds. Add the grated carrot, herbs and spices and stir in. Put the dough in a loaf pan lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C convection, 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 50 - 60 minutes.
  2. Let cool down and enjoy.
