Ingredients

  • 120 g butter, room temperature
  • 80 g suar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 150 grams flour
  • salt
  • 1 kg apples, sour
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 packs pudding powder, baking safe, vanilla flavor
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. For the dough, knead 100 g butter, 50 g sugar, egg yolk, flour and a little salt. Pour into a greased springform pan, press firmly, press up a little on the edge. Pre-bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
  2. Peel, quarter, core and cut the apples close together on the round side. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. Prepare pudding cream with milk according to the instructions on the package. Spread the cream on the pre-baked base. Top with apples. Sprinkle with 30 g of sugar and put 20 g of flakes of butter on the apples. Bake for another 40 minutes.
  4. Let cool completely and serve dusted with powdered sugar.
