Ingredients
- 1 packet custard powder (vanilla)
- 1 can coconut milk (250 ml)
- 2 tablespoon Batida de Coco
- 1 packet pudding powder (chocolate)
- 2 tablespoon Baileys Irish Cream
- 750 ml milk
- 7 tablespoon sugar
- Whipped cream, whipped, for decorating

- For the vanilla pudding, bring the coconut milk with 250 ml milk and the Batida de Coco to a boil. Meanwhile, mix the pudding powder with 4 tablespoons of sugar and 6 tablespoons of milk from the pot on the stove. Otherwise prepare the pudding as described in the instructions in the packet. Pour into a cold-rinsed glass bowl.
- Do the same for the chocolate pudding with the remaining ingredients. Then carefully pour onto the vanilla pudding.
- Chill, let set and serve decorated with whipped cream.
- Tip: Instead of a coconut version, you can also omit the coconut milk and work with the appropriate amount of milk. You can also replace the Batida de Coco with eggnog. It is then advisable to prepare the chocolate pudding with chocolate liqueur.
