Ingredients

  • 1 slice (s) puff pastry, frozen
  • 20 g cheese, rated, mixed Gouda / Tilsiter
  • 2 slices permanent sausage (Servelatwurst)
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), red
  • 2 mushrooms sliced
  • 2 slices tomato (s)

Instructions

  1. Let the puff pastry thaw.
  2. Put 10 g of cheese mixture on top of the puff pastry. Put the Servelatwurst on top. Halve the chilli lengthways and remove the seeds and skin. Finely chop the pod and put some of it on the servelatwurst. Place the mushrooms and tomato slices on top and finish with 10 g of cheese mixture.
  3. Bake the boats in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes and serve.
