Ingredients

  • 2 roll (s) puff pastry à 75 g, fresh from the refrigerated shelf
  • 1 point salmon, TK
  • 100 g cream cheese (horseradish cream cheese)
  • 100 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 teaspoon dill, dried
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg yolk
  • some cream

Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry and use a mold to cut out 20 round cookies and 10 stars. Mix the cream cheese, crème fraîche, pressed garlic and dill to a cream and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the semi-frozen salmon into small strips and stir in. Spread the salmon cream on 10 cookies and cover with the remaining 10 cookies. Place the asterisks on top as a decoration.
  3. Whisk the egg yolk with a little cream, brush the cookies with it and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 160 degrees for 25 minutes until golden brown.
