Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry, rounder, from the refrigerated shelf
  • 200 g pitted olives
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • some breadcrumbs
  • 150 ml cremefine
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection 160 degrees).
  2. Grease a tart pan (26 cm), line it with the puff pastry and pull up one edge. Prick the bottom several times with a fork and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Cut the olives into small pieces. Mix the grated cheese with the egg, Cremefine and parsley. Season the topping with salt and pepper, but be careful with the salt as the olives and cheese are salty. Scatter the olives on the dough and spread the icing on top.
  3. Bake the quiche in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until the cheese is nicely browned.
