Puree with Cheese

Here’s a very simple recipe for mashed potatoes with cheese. A dish is prepared in half an hour and even a person who first picked up a saucepan can cope with its preparation.

Servings: 2-3

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 1 Kilogram
  • Onions – 2 Pieces
  • Butter – 20 Grams
  • Salt – 1.5 Teaspoons
  • Vegetable oil – 10 Milliliters
  • Milk – 200 Milliliters
  • Cheese – 100 Grams

Directions

  1. We clean the potatoes and boil them.
  2. Add 1.5 teaspoon. salt.
  3. Fry the onions in a pan until tender. After that, we prepare the cheese – grate it.
  4. We begin to crush the boiled potatoes. Add boiled milk and butter to it.
  5. When the puree is almost ready, add grated cheese to it and mix. Then we do the same with the onion.
