Ingredients
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 150 g yourt, 1.5% or more
- 3 tablespoon honey, liquid
- Fruit, e.g. pineapple
- 2 teaspoons flaxseed

- Mix the low-fat quark and yoghurt in a bowl until creamy. Stir in the honey and season again if necessary. Depending on the honey, the taste is dominant or reserved, but you can vary that depending on your mood.
- Distribute the mixture evenly on four bowls.
- Cut the fruit to size and decorate the curd cream with it. Sprinkle the flax seeds evenly over the top.
- Tip:
- Of course, the cream tastes fantastic even without fruit. If you like, you can also drizzle some honey over it or decorate it with almond flakes.
- This cream is also versatile and can be easily combined.
