- 500 g low-fat quark
- 125 ml milk
- 100 g suar
- 1 point vanilla sugar
- 250 ml cream
- 1 kg morello cherries, pitted, or glass sour cherries
- 5 tablespoon kirsch or cherry liqueur
- 100 g dark chocolate or milk chocolate

- Whip the quark with milk, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and fold in. Stone the cherries (let the cherries drain from the glass) and drizzle with the kirsch liquor or liqueur.
- Put the quark mass and cherries alternately in a bowl (a glass bowl looks particularly decorative) and finish with the quark mass. Grate or grate the chocolate and sprinkle over the dessert. Let something go through.
