Ingredients
- 300 g chicken breast
- 3 large banana (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.5 ½ bottle chili sauce (barbecue sauce)
- 1 can coconut milk
- oil
- salt and pepper

- Cut the chicken breast into strips and fry all over in oil. Take out of the pan. Cut the bananas into slices. Fry the bananas in hot oil, also remove them.
- Cut the onion and garlic into fine cubes and fry in the pan until translucent. Now deglaze with coconut milk and chilli sauce, add the chicken and bananas again and let them steep briefly, season with salt and pepper.
- Rice goes well with it.
