Ingredients
- 200 g quark
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g dark chocolate, 80% cocoa content
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, instant (Kaba)

- Mix the cream with the sugar and beat until stiff.
- Roughly chop the chocolate and melt in the microwave. Mix with Kaba and stir until smooth.
- Fold the cream into the quark and finally add the Kaba chocolate mixture and fold in as well.
- A chocolate cream that is not too heavy in the stomach can be prepared that quickly.
