Ingredients

  • 3 peppers, red
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 can tomato (s), chunky
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 carrot (s)
  • Olives, black
  • 1 pack sheep`s cheese
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Herbs

Quick Stir-fry with Feta Cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan, cut the onions and fry them. Cut the clove of garlic and add to the pan with the tomatoes. Peel the carrots and cut into thin slices, cut the paprika into strips and add both. Bring the vegetables to the boil while stirring, then stir in the canned tomatoes and the halved olives. Simmer in the closed pan. Season to taste and finally add the herbs.
  2. When everything is done, remove the lid, sprinkle the shredded sheep`s cheese over it and let it melt.
  3. Rice goes very well with it. While you are spreading the rice on the plates, the sheep`s cheese can melt and everything is ready.
