- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 2 tomato (s)
- 2 carrot (s)
- 1 cup cream cheese, grainier
- salt and pepper
- Herbs, at will
- Oil or butter

- Clean and wash vegetables.
- Slice the zucchini and carrots thinly, dice the aubergine, peppers and tomatoes and fry in a little oil or butter. At the very end, add the grainy cream cheese and let it warm up again briefly. Season to taste.
- It goes well with meat / fish of all kinds or simply baguette or ciabatta.
