- 250 g tortellini, (tricolore)
- 250 g cherry tomato (s)
- 1 half a cucumber (s)
- 1 large onion (s)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt, or vegetable broth, instant
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

- Prepare the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet.
- In the meantime, cut the cherry tomatoes, cucumber and onion into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add the drained and cooled tortellini to the other ingredients. Mix in the sour cream, sour cream and balsamic vinegar, season with salt (vegetable stock) and pepper.
- A light and quick-to-prepare summer salad that is always gone first on barbecues.
