- 750 ml milk
- 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
- 60 g suar

- Mix the pudding powder with sugar and a little milk in a bowl to a smooth mass.
- Bring the rest of the milk to the boil and stir in the pudding mixture and bring to the boil once, stirring constantly, then continue cooking on a low flame for approx.
- If you don`t use the sauce straight away, cover it, otherwise a skin will form.
