Ingredients
For the dough:
- 5 egg (s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 250 grams sugar
- 125 ml egg liqueur
- 125 ml oil
- 280 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 100 g hazelnuts, round
For the cream:
- 500 g quark (curd cheese)
- 2 egg (s)
- 80 g powdered suar
- 1 packet custard powder, vanilla

- For the batter, beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggnog until very frothy. Then stir in the oil slowly. Add flour, baking powder and hazelnuts and fold in carefully. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet.
- For the curd cream, mix all ingredients well, pour into a piping bag and spray a grid pattern (3 cm distance) onto the dough.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
- When cooled, sprinkle with some icing sugar.
