Ingredients
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 200 ml cream
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 500 g raspberries, frozen when it is not in season
- 1 package confectionery, e.g. Raffaello
- Chocolate, white, grated

- First put the Raffaello in a bowl and pound it into small pieces. Then add the quark and sugar and mix with a hand mixer. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
- Now alternately fill the quark with the raspberries in a bowl or glasses. Finally, spread the white chocolate flakes over it as a decoration.
- It is best to chill the dessert for a few hours.
