Ingredients
- 350 g ricotta
- 250 g sour cream, sour cream, creme fraiche, cream cheese or mascarpone
- 3 bulbs garlic, tips cut off
- 3 chilli pepper (s) (piri - piri), finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon sauce (Asian spicy sauce, sweet and hot, ajvar or red relish)
- Salt and pepper, colorful
- Tabasco
