Ingredients
- 7 raspberries, approx
- 1 sprig thyme
- 6 cl gin
- 3 cl sugar syrup or 20 ml water and 1 teaspoon sugar
- 0.5 ½ lime (s), the juice it (approx. 25 - 30 ml)
- some ice cubes
To decorate: (optional)
- Raspberries
- some stalks thyme

- Crush the raspberries and thyme well in the shaker, e.g., with a wooden pestle. Add the sugar syrup, lime juice and gin and shake well. Strain through a sieve into a glass with ice cubes, squeezing out the stones that remain in the sieve.
- Decorate with thyme and raspberries as desired.
- Instead of sugar syrup, you can crush a heaping teaspoon of sugar with the raspberries and thyme and add about 25-30 ml of water when shaking.
