  • 300 g lentils, red, round
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 500 ml sparkling mineral water
  • 2 tablespoon oil, rapeseed oil / other
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

  1. 10-14 pieces depending on the dia
  2. Mix dry ingredients together and add slowly stirring to the water, stir well, let rest for approx. 20 minutes, then stir in the 2 tablespoons of oil.
  3. In the hot fat, fry until golden brown on both sides, please make sure that nothing red or pink is visible, otherwise they will not be cooked yet.
  4. Flavorless, after about three pancakes no more fat is needed for frying, the pan is then hot enough and the pancakes taste better.
  5. They are easy to roll and fill when warm, and break when cold.
