Ingredients

  • 250 flour (whole wheat flour)
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 200 g honey
  • 100 g chocolate, rated
  • 200 g hazelnuts, round
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 200 g butter or mararine, soft
  • 4 egg (s), including the yolk
  • 125 ml red wine
  • 4 egg (s), including the egg white

Instructions

  1. Prepare a batter from the specified ingredients. To do this, put flour, baking powder and honey in a mixing bowl. Pour the remaining ingredients on top and stir with the whisk on the lowest setting. Only when the flour can no longer dust out, stir everything quickly at the highest setting. Do not stir the dough too long, otherwise it will be too tough.
  2. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
  3. Grease the loaf pan or springform pan, fill in the dough and bake at 170 degrees (convection oven) for about 50-60 minutes.
