Ingredients
- 200 g mararine (veetable mararine)
- 250 g flour (e.. whole spelled mixed with wheat 1050)
- 4 tablespoon soy flour
- 8 tablespoon water
- 200 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder (heavily de-oiled)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 100 g chocolate, (dark chocolate chips without milk powder)
- 50 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 125 ml red wine, vegan

- Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a mixer, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Grease the cake pan well and bake the cake in the preheated oven at approx. 180 ° C for about 40 minutes.
