  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 250 g quark
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 liter oil for deep-frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, milk and salt until frothy. Add quark, flour and baking powder to this mixture spoon by spoon and stir until a smooth dough is formed, then let rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Cut off small dumplings with 2 tablespoons and bake in the hot fat until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels. Let cool and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
