  • some breadcrumbs, for breading

Instructions

  1. Moisten the work surface, then use a scraper to spread the sausage meat very thinly. Roll the cheese into the ham and place it in the middle of the sausage meat. Now carefully fold the sausage meat over each other with the scraper so that the ham is wrapped on all sides.

  3. Brown on all sides in a pan until golden.
